1. Are your products the same as these on the website?
Yes, or else you can send back the goods or we can refund you all the money in 7 days after our confirmation.
2. Does the price on the net including delivery cost?
No, the price is cost of products only, not including freight.
3. What is the manner of your delivery?
By air, train, sea, or express (including  TNT , EMS, UPS,FEDEX, DHL , etc. )
4. How long will you delivery our goods?
It will take 2 ~ 3 days by express according to the distance and the transportation manners.
5. How to pay my products?
1,Western Union, 2.TT, 3.Cash. Sales manager will tell you the details. The payment methods will be included in the  invoice.
6. Can I get some samples?
No, we will not send you samples now, because it will spend too much time. You can place a small order for the first time. After we have one or two deals we can send the samples to you along with the order.
7. Are your products authentic or fake?
Some is Authentic  ,  some produce by our own factory .But  we can guarantee the quality . besides our  own factory e , we  also cooperate  with many factories . We can produce all kinds of clothing, shoes ,bags, accessories , etc.
8. How can I know where my goods are?
We will provide the tracking number once the order ship out.

12. Is there a minimum quantity to place an order?
Yes, you must buy more than the minimum quantity. But if we have stocks  , you can order small  quantity to have a try .
13. If I introduce my friends to set an order can you give me a commission?
Yes, we will.
14. What will I get after I registered?
You'll be given  an ID with password, so you can login to check all information of orders status form, balance and other things.
15. Can I ask for a quick delivery?
Yes, once we receive your certification of sending money, we will prepare for you,. Once your payment arrived, we will ship the order immediately .
16. Can I appoint a shipping agent myself?
Welcome  , you can and we will delivery your goods to them.
17. In what cases can I ask for compensation and claim?
If  the garment  is not the right items you order ,pls send back to us , we will refund you within 7 days.
18. If I want other goods not displayed on your website what will I do?
You can email us with pictures and descriptions on it.
19. Can you buy quota for me?
We can buy quota as you required, but it is on your side.
20. What is the basic process of purchase?
1, You register to our website and get an ID with password.
2, You place an order in our website directly ,or contact us by email or  MSN.
3, We give you a  invoice.
4, After your confirmation, You can arrange the payment .
5, We need 1 or  2 days to prepare your order, When your payment arrived. We will do the shipping right the way , then provide you the tracking number.
